Pineapple and coconut are my kid’s 2 favorite fruits. They like Indian sweets but it’s hard to get good fresh Indian sweets in the states. I came up with this recipe few years ago during Diwali. Since then it’s been our family’s favorite Indian sweet. Every year I make this delicious sweet over Rakhi and Diwali.
