INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped sweet peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumbers
  • 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp chopped mint
  • 1 Tsp minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp tandoori masala
  • 1/2 Tbsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp red chili powder (optional)
  • juice from one lime
  • salt to taste

 

 

 

STEPS TO FOLLOW :

Step 1: In a big bowl, mix cooked quinoa, chopped vegetables, and all other ingredients. Mix everything well. Try your salad before serving it. You can add more tandoori powder if you like. You can also add small cubes of paneer or chopped shrimps. Serve it as it is or chilled. Enjoy this delicious healthy salad for lunch or dinner, or serve it as a side dish at your BBQ party.

  2. You can keep this salad in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
  3. You can add your favorite vegetables.
  4. You can also add tofu, paneer fish, or shrimp.
  5. Tandoori masala is a must in this recipe.
