Ingredients
  

  • 10 seedless chopped dates
  • 12 dried chopped apricot
  • 1 cup roasted ground mix nuts
  • 1 tsp Saffron
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder

Instructions
 

  • First, ground roasted nuts in a food processor and keep it aside.
  • Now add chopped dates and chopped apricots in a food processor and mix them well till it becomes a dough. you have to do this step in a food processor. if you use a blender there is a chance your dough will become a paste.
  • For the next step mix date mixture, groundnuts, saffron, and cardamom powder in a bowl. combine everything till it becomes a dough. Take some ghee(clarified butter) if needed.
  • Now spread this mixture in a greased pan. Decorate with silver leaf or groundnut. Enjoy this healthy delight this Diwali with your friend and family.
