The delicious healthy bar you can have it any time of the day as a dessert or a snack. You can also have this bar before or after your workout! This is an excellent snack for growing kids.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ground roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup ground roasted almonds
  • 1/2 cup ground roasted pistachio and walnuts
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
  • 1 cup Jaggery (Gud)
  • 1/2 tsp saffron
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Instructions
 

  • First, have all your ingredients ready. Now heat ghee in a pan and then add jaggery. After 1 or 2 minutes, once jaggery is melted, turn off the stove. After that, Add grounded peanuts, mixed nuts, shredded coconuts, saffron, and cardamom powder. Mix everything well. Now turn on the stove and cook this mixture for about 1 minute.
  • Once it's ready, spread the mixture in a greased pan, keep it about 1-inch thickness. When it's cooled down, cut the bar in your favorite shape.

Notes

  1. You can also add chia seeds and flaxseeds.
  2. Make sure all nuts are roasted and ground them Crosley.
  3. You can keep this bar without a refrigerator for about 1 week and in the refrigerator for about 3 weeks.
