INGREDIENTS :
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup finely chopped onions
- 3/4 cup finely chopped tomato
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp minced ginger
- 2 to 3 chopped green chili’s
- 1 Tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp egg masala or garam masala
- 1 Tsp turmeric powder
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 Tbsp butter
- salt to taste
- some cilantro
STEPS TO FOLLOW :
Step 1: Heat oil and butter in a pan. Then add ginger, garlic, green chilies, onions, and salt and mix everything well. Cook it for about 2 minutes and then add all the dry spices. Now add tomatoes, mix well and cover and cook it for about 4 minutes.
Step 2: Now add 4 eggs on top of the gravy one by one. Do not mix it after adding eggs. I have added 3 eggs with yoke and one egg white. After adding eggs, cover the pan and cook it for about 4 to 5 minutes until eggs are cooked. Once it’s ready, sprinkle some red chili powder and cilantro. Serve it hot with your favorite Indian flatbread, toast or pita bread.
Tips:
- You can adjust your spices according to your spice level.
- This taste delicious when it served hot.
- You can add more butter if you are making it for kids.
