Gluten free and Sugar free Banana Bread
This moist and delicious gluten-free Banana bread is low in carb and zero sugar added. It's perfect for breakfast or snack at any time of the day.

Ingredients
- 3 overripe banana mashed
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp oil (i used olive oil)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 cup Walnuts
- 2 cups almond flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350, then grease the 9x5 pan and set aside.
- In a bowl combine mashed bananas, eggs, vanilla extract, honey, and oil, mix well. Now add almond flour, cinnamon, walnuts, and baking soda,
- Fold everything together until the batter is formed.
- Transfer the batter into a greased pan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake it covered for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes take the foil off and bake it for another 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
- Once it's ready remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. slice and sever warm with your favorite spread.
