Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Banana bread is a type of bread made from mashed bananas. It is a moist, sweet, cake-like quick bread. Easy homemade Banana bread is not only the best way to use up overripe bananas, but its possible the best slice to go with your morning or afternoon coffee or anytime you feel like to eat something sweet. There are so many different recipes for this bread. I added Chocolate Chip to make it more delicious. Here is my easy recipe for banana bread.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup about 3 overripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable, avacado, or olive oil i am using olive oil
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups good quality all- purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • preheat the oven to 350°F(177°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Set aside.
  • Mash the bananas with a fork. Add all the wet ingredients and mix them well. Now add all the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Pour it in the loft pan, add some chocolate chips on the top. Bake it in the oven for 50 minutes. Check your banana bread with a toothpick after 50 minutes. If that comes out clean your bread is ready.

Notes

  1. Adjust the baking time depending on your oven.
  2. Chocolate chips are optional. 
  3. you can keep this banana bread without a refrigerator for 2 days and in the refrigerator.
