Chocolate Almond cake is flour less, delicious, and easy to make. This cake is our absolute new favorite cake. There aren’t that many ingredients in this cake, which makes it easy to make it anytime you feel like to bake.

INGREDIENTS :
- 125 Grams of semisweet Chocolate
- 125 Grams of almond flour
- 125 Grams of sugar
- 125 Grams of unsalted butter
- 3 Eggs
- Chocolate Ganache:
- 125 g semisweet Chocolate
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
STEPS TO FOLLOW :
Step 1: First, measure all the ingredients and keep it aside. Now separate yolk and egg white.
Step 2: Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Once the chocolate is melted true off the stove and add butter and mix it well. Now add sugar and butter and mix everything. Once that’s combined well, add egg yolk, and mix everything.
Step 3: Now whisk the egg white until it’s fluffy. If you using a stand mixer, it should take about 4 to 5 minutes. Now fold the egg white in almond chocolate mixture.
Step 4: Now pour the batter in your favorite cake pan. Bake, the cake on 350° F for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. My cake took 10 Minutes to bake. It depends on your cake pan and oven.
Step 5: Once the cake is ready, keep it aside and let it cool completely before you pour Chocolate ganache.
Step 6 : Melt Chocolate on the double boiler for chocolate ganache. Once the chocolate is melted, add heavy cream, mix it well, and pour it on your cake.
Step 7 : Once the cake is set, decorated the cake with your favorite toppings or fruits. Enjoy this delicious cake with your loved ones.
Tips
1. Make sure your eggs and butter are room temperature.
2. You can keep your cake without a refrigerator for 2 days.
