Buttered pasta is a simple dish of our childhood that we never grew out of. There is no pasta sauce needed it and all the ingredients are easily found in your kitchen. This is a dish you can eat platefuls of hot or cold. This pasta reminds me of our Italy trip, it really tastes that authentic.

INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 box boiled pasta
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • salt to taste

 

 

 

STEPS TO FOLLOW :

Step 1: First, boil your pasta and keep it aside. Now in a pan, add butter and olive oil. Once its hot, add garlic and let it cook for 30 seconds. Now add heavy cream, salt, pepper, and pasta. Mix everything well and then add cheese and parsley. Cook it for about a minute. Serve it hot with your favorite Italian salad and garlic bread.
