INGREDIENTS :

  • 20 jumbo shrimp
  • 4 Tbsp oil
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1/4 cup yellow bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp minced ginger
  • 4 fresh green or red Thai chilis
  • 2 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 2 Tbsp chili sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp black pepper
  • Cilantro and spring onions for garnishing
  • salt to taste

 

 

 

STEPS TO FOLLOW :

Step 1: First, coat shrimps with flour Now heat 2 Tbsp oil, once oil is hot add shrimp and cook them on medium heat until they become crispy and tender It should take about 3 to 4 minutes. Once they are ready keep them on the side.

Step 2: Now in the same pan heat 2 Tbsp oil. Once the oil is hot add garlic, ginger, chilis, and all the sauces. Cook the sauce on high heat for about 1 minute. Now add bell peppers and shrimps, mix well and cook everything on high heat for about 1 minute. Turn off the stove, garnish with spring onions and cilantro. serve it hot with your favorite rice, roti, or any Indian flatbread.
